1. Overview
Krinon uses SMS text messages to send appointment reminders, confirmations, and service updates. Your participation in SMS communications is completely optional.
2. What SMS Messages Will You Receive?
If you opt in, you may receive the following types of SMS messages:
- Appointment confirmations.
- Confirmation of your booked service appointment
- Appointment reminders .
- A reminder text 24 hours before your scheduled service appointment
- Service updates .
- Updates about your vehicle or service status
3. Message Frequency
You will receive approximately 1-2 text messages per appointment that you schedule. Frequency depends on how many service appointments you book.
4. How to Opt In
SMS reminders are opt-in only. During your appointment booking call with Krinon's Voice AI Agent, you will be asked: "Would you like to receive a text message confirmation for your appointment?" and "Would you like to receive a text message reminder 24 hours before your appointment?" You must explicitly say "Yes" to receive any SMS messages. If you say "No" or do not respond, no text messages will be sent.
5. How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from Krinon. Reply STOPand you will be unsubscribed from all future SMS messages. You will receive a confirmation text that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP and you will receive information about how to get support or contact Krinon.
Important: Once you reply STOP, you will not receive any further SMS messages, including appointment reminders, unless you explicitly opt in again during a future appointment booking call.
6. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier will apply to all SMS messages sent by Krinon. Check your wireless plan for details about text message charges. Krinon is not responsible for carrier charges.
7. Privacy and Data Security
Your phone number and SMS consent information will be:
- Stored securely in Krinon's system used only to send SMS messages you have consented to receive treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Never shared with third parties without your permission (except as required by law)

8. Call Recording & Consent DocumentationWhen you opt in to SMS messages during your appointment booking call:
- Your call is recorded (with consent) to document your SMS consent choice.
- The timestamp and recording serve as proof of your explicit agreement.
