Where the Name Comes From

I named the company Krinon after the Greek root krino - "to judge, decide, discern." That's exactly what I wanted this platform to do: listen to every customer conversation, understand what's actually needed, and know the right next step to take, in real time, without missing a beat.

Andy Wilkens

Founder & CEO

Andy Wilkens is the Founder and CEO of Krinon and has spent much of his career building automotive software in both the U.S. and Europe. As CTO of AdvantageTec, he built its technology platform, creating the foundation for rapid growth and its eventual acquisition by LivePerson (NASDAQ: LPSN), a publicly traded conversational AI company, where he later served as Chief Architect. Most recently, Andy served as CTO of a publicly traded global BPO, leading its AI transformation. With Krinon, he brings together decades of automotive, conversational AI, and customer experience expertise to build the next generation of AI solutions for auto dealerships.
